Great hotel for families with children, big swimming pool area for kids, kids play room, evening activities at the main saloon. We traveled with our family and 10 months old baby and it was fantastic, would definitely come back with my family.

Great hotel for families with children, there are plenty of activities and events going around the property. Very nice pool area for kids as well as a nice kids club play area. Breakfast was good but could have done with different options, we have stayed 7 days and it was everyday the same, kind of got tired of having same options everyday.

Buffet was slightly different every night, so there was a good variety of food. Kids’ entertainment was great. There were staff that came around every day to inform us of the various activities throughout the day. However, the entertainment stops at age 12. There was not much to entertain teens with and my 14-year-old was bored while her brothers went to the kids’ entertainment. The location is not too bad. It’s a short 10 minute walk to an area with a plethora of restaurant and bar options. Transport for 5 to/from the airport was €67 each way through Booking .com. But booking sightseeing trips from the hotel through a third party is pretty expensive.

The Hotel was spotless, it catered very well for the high volume of people staying there. The breakfast selection was extremely good but I did find the self service a little chaotic as there were no routine, not really the fault of the hotel to be honest, its just the way some guests are

I read some pretty nasty reviews of this hotel, enough to be anxious before coming. After spending my vacation here, I can honestly say that most of those reviews come from ignorant, bitter, and entitled individuals. The hotel was fully booked, and there was no shortage of sunbeds in the pool area whatsoever. Yes, the lifts can be crowded around mealtime, but we never waited for more than a few minutes. No crowds or queues in front of the restaurant. The staff was BEYOND pleasant, forthcoming, and respectful. The food exceeded my expectations. My daughter loved the evening shows, and there were plenty of other useful amenities.

perfect hotel for family stay. very friendly and helpful staff. very good variety of all inclusive buffet, seafood, vegetables and kids food. Very nice pools and rest areas. Perfect kids club with very caring staff and lots of activities.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, everywhere was very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday too. The food choice was amazing for me and my partner, so much choice, very tasty and it was constantly being replaced so nothing was stood out for too long. The pool choice was great too and we spent hours on the water slides!
