Thimari lodge was a breath of fresh air, literally. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira. It's rustic, yet modern decor was refreshing. The owner, Kostas, was accommodating and friendly. The concierge, George, was a professional, very responsive, and was also very patient. He fulfilled all my requests. I highly recommend The Thimari Lodge for your Santorini visit. My family thanks you for making our stay memorable.

Kostas and all the staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfasts delivered daily were delicious. The personal pool was a hit with the family. The property is clean and maintained daily. It was nice to have a quiet and secluded place to return to after busy days and busy streets in the main towns.

Typical Greek hospitality, off the beaten track, immaculately clean, great showers, bed linen, towels , mattress, all the extras, great value for Santorini prices, they will go the next xtra mile to help you … would recommend hiring a car, perfect to be out of the hustle bustle but 5 mins away by car… lovely walk down to the beach bar particularly at weekends. Breakfast is brought in and is wonderful and plentiful and delivered to your door but also that means it has travelled so sometimes the hot breakfast needs another 5 min dip in a hot pan which works perfectly as they dont over cook it and means you can save it for brunch Everyone who works there is so happy to help you Stayed other places in Santorini you won’t beat this one ..

I booked this trip for my partners 21st birthday. When we arrived, the staff arranged for there to be balloons, a cake, wine and fruit which was really nice. We also got a room upgrade. There are so many good things about this place, firstly, before we arrived, George was so helpful when I asked about things to do on the island or helping to book a car/ATV. Mr Kostas was so welcoming and checked up on us everyday and he recommended some really nice places to visit. Breakfast was brought to us every morning and it was very nice. The pool was cleaned every morning which was really nice to see. I really would recommend this place to anyone, we both had an amazing stay and would definitely come back in the future.

This is really special place to stay. Kostas and his team including George the super helpful concierge were amazing. So welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. The breakfast was brought to the villa every morning and it was delicious and generous. The villas are beautifully designed and furnished. There were welcome fruits and soft drinks and wine (and Kostas kindly gave us a bottle of wine as we left too). Our villa was cleaned really well each day and the pool was also cleaned each day. It was so peaceful - and close to the beach. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Fira. There’s parking outside the villas and definitely recommend hiring a car as Santorini is easy to get around. A highly recommended, magical place to stay.
