This place is most famous for its cooking methods. Famously known as the ‘Volcanic all-day restaurant’ Sirocco uses the area’s geothermal energy to cook some of its dishes.

Usually consisting of fish or meat, the dishes are cooked under the sand, rather than in the kitchen. Not only is this incredibly ecological, but it gives the dishes a truly unique and delicious taste.

They also offer some delicious dessert options including lemon pie, chocolate souffle, and baklava. Sirocco also has a wide variety of drinks available, and you can even try shisha here.
